Salary: $95,000 - $110,000
Description: We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Human Resources Manager to support our mission of fostering workforce sustainability and organizational growth. This role will oversee and implement a wide range of HR functions, including policy development, employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, and HR reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and legal compliance.
Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Administer employee benefits programs, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring all employees are informed and supported.
Act as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
Monitor and report on HR metrics to track progress and inform leadership decisions.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Provide project management support for special initiatives and assignments as needed.

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000
Description: We are seeking a Data Engineer to contribute to the mission of system transformation and racial equity in workforce development by supporting our data integration, transformation, and visualization efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience with scalable ETL processes, Azure Data Factory, and data warehousing, with additional skills in SSIS being a plus.
Reporting directly to the Director of Impact, the Data Engineer will implement and manage data warehousing solutions, ensuring data integrity and quality through rigorous testing and validation, and build tooling and systems to overcome limitations of data consumption portals when appropriate. The individual will implement and maintain data security practices to ensure data privacy and protection, and compliance with data governance policies and regulations. Engaging in continuous learning and professional development on the latest ETL processing techniques and technologies is also a key responsibility.
