The Workforce Development Council of Seattle-King County (WDC), in collaboration with business leaders and state and local partners, spearheads the Seattle-King County public WorkSource system as part of the American One-Stop Job Center Network. These services are facilitated through interagency partnerships, the utilization of available resources, and the delivery of services at strategically located one-stop centers across the region.
WorkSource Seattle-King County provides a full range of employment and training services for job seekers of all backgrounds—including youth, adults, and veterans—and businesses at no cost. Through collaboration with multiple agencies and strategically located one-stop centers, WorkSource offers everything from career coaching to skills training and job placement services. These services are free and accessible to anyone at any WorkSource location.

WorkSource Operator
The One-Stop Operator for WorkSource Seattle-King County is Career Path Services, as selected through a competitive procurement process. See contract signed June 30, 2023. Operator procurement is governed by policy 03-2002.
